First, I give you guys credit for trying something different and—dare I say it?—fun with your “behind the scenes” news-team promos. Kudos are also in order for snagging some legitimately cool Las Vegas personalities and icons; the Mystere and Blue Man Group segments are actually pretty amusing. Hell, I can even forgive the sight of Jason Feinberg in Cirque du tights. But I gotta dock ya for the ESPN stank all over this project. Having Lon Kruger give you the morning pep talk? And the Kurt Busch driving tips? C’mon, guys. I know SportsCenter; I love SportsCenter; I breathe SportsCenter. And you, Channel 5, are NO SportsCenter.
