Tommy Rocker’s rocks again

Tommy Rocker put his idea for a topless gentlemen’s club into play in 2007, turning the old Tommy Rocker’s Cantina into Tommy Rocker’s Gentlemen’s Club (much to the eventual chagrin of his neighbors). But Rocker (real name: Thomas Greenough) soon found that even he wasn’t fond of visiting the business, which was spilling finances like a toppled brandy sifter. So he’s going back to the old format and reopening Tommy Rocker’s—as Tommy Rocker’s Mojave Beach Bar & Grill—with its old open-mic, beach-club format, effective October 3. Rocker is going with the proven, pre-boobies formula, as he’s scheduled a comedy night (Cozy’s Comedy Corner) the first Friday of every month, his own sing-along show Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. and country night with Seth Turner Wednesdays at 8 p.m., which is followed by an open mic with local singer/songwriter Joey Vitale. As Rocker’s Parrot Head brethren would say, the conga line forms to the left.
Great Great Place, I cant wait to go there Saturday!!!
