Best Wine List: Guy Savoy

Image

Celebrated French chef and restaurateur Guy Savoy.

Caesars Palace

Broad, deep and surprisingly well-priced, Savoy imported many of the big hitter bottles from his Parisian cellar. Ordering anything but French with this food is almost a crime against nature, but if you insist, there are plenty of big-hitter, California cabs and oaky chardonnays to satisfy the philistines at your table. At Caesars Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S. Wed.-Sun., 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. (877) 346-4642.
