Spice Box Bee’s Knees
A vintage cocktail that still tastes fresh

Straight outta Canada: Spice Box whiskey
Ah, Repeal Day. The day each year when we stop, celebrate our forefathers (finally coming to their senses) and drink to our right to, well, drink.
On December 5, RM Seafood will be throwing a Repeal Day bash complete with period costumes, retro cocktails and tasty snacks from Moonen and crew. Bartender JR Starkus will be serving up beverages like Plymouth Gin punch, but with the weather taking a turn for the chilly, it's the Bee's Knees made with Canada's Spice Box spiced whisky that I'd pick to keep me warm.
Head to Mandalay Bay for a sample, or mix up a batch of these bad boys at home.
The Spice Box Bee's Knees

1.5 oz. Spice Box Spiced Whiskey
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
