Pardey explained, “The Shys from San Clemente, Calif. are my live band and Louis XIV from San Diego are my recording band for my new CD along with Mark Stoermer, the bassist for The Killers.” Pardey sang several Halloween Town songs with The Shys backing him then made a dramatic exit, leaving the stage and walking out the door while The Shys continued to jam before launching into their own Raconteurs-inspired set.
