Steve Martorano's meatballs have been called the best in the world, so why not stuff your face full of them? Cafe Martorano's in The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino hosted a brand new Major League Eating contest Sunday that brought Steve to tears. The world's top-ranked Major League Eaters competed to eat the most meatballs in 10 minutes. The winner took home $1,500 and Steve's personal "M" necklace as a trophy.
